HAVE A RETURN?

How do I make a return?

All Things Yorkie cheerfully accepts returns if you're unhappy for any reason with your purchase. Full refund will be issued provided you follow these easy steps for a quick & easy refund.


STEP 1: Return Conditions-

  • Must be in original condition, have any tags included and product packaging
  • Must be clean and contain absolutely NO pet hair.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns that don't meet the above criteria will be returned to you, at your expense. 


**Exception - DEFECTS:  If you receive an item which has a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us immediately for free replacement and return postage.


STEP 2: Mail Back-

  • Include ORDER Number, your name and address inside the package (copy of your order is preferred).
  • Include the reason for return (Example: "size too small")
  • Mail package to:

STEP 3: A refund will be issued:
  • Once we verify your returns meet the above criteria.
  • Email verification will be sent with refund information
  • Details of refund will be posted on order history. 
  • No refunds on-
    1. Original shipping or return shipping charges
    2. Price changes that occurred from one order to another


STEP 3: EXCHANGES

  • Please place a new order for any replacements desired. Our inventory changes daily and our prices reflect current costs.
