SHIPPING

SHIPPING: 

We process all orders as quickly as possible.  Most are shipped within 5-10 business days from begin of order processing. (Back orders will delay this timeline.) 

  • An email will be sent if there is an back order or issue that will delay you order. Please response quickly so we can continue processing for shipment.
  • All order notes, refunds and back orders are posted in the order history. Be sure to print your receipt for order number reference.
  • We will send an email when your order is shipping, along with the tracking information.
  • We send all orders First Class or Priority Mail for 1-3 day delivery.

TRACKING: "Track Your Order" tab on the top right of the home page for instant updates on order history and delivery.  "In process" means we received it and are working on filling the order. "Complete" means it has shipped. All notes, shipment tracking and refunds regarding the order are posted.

SPECIAL NEEDS:  If you have special needs for delivery, please contact us via email with your request immediately after placing your order.

PROCESSING: We process all orders during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, except holidays. In order to offer a wide selection of merchandise, we order items from all over the world.  Not all items may be in our current inventory as we move items quickly.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS:  We use US Postal Service for all our shipping because they will deliver anywhere you get your mail: home address, or office. We use USPS tracking on all shipments to confirm delivery to shipping address provided during the order, but do not provide insurance on any shipment at this time.

  • We now ship to APO/FPO addresses. Otherwise, we do not ship outside of the US states/territories.

BACK ORDERS: If an item is "back ordered" or your order is marked as such, we will notify you with the estimated date of shipment. Any back ordered item can be cancelled for refund.

OUT OF STOCK: Some items are so popular, that they go out of stock before we can post the information on our web site. You will be notified by email if an item your orders is currently out of stock and/or a significant delay is expected.
