Sizing:

We offer merchandise manufactured by many different designers and sizes will vary from one to the other. Please measure your pet carefully and buy clothing and collars according to your dog's measurements rather than size.

Body Length:  Measure length of dog's back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.   

Neck: Measure the circumference of dog's neck. Allow some room for comfort (usually the difference of putting two of your fingers under collar) for a proper fit.

Chest: Measure the dog around the middle, the broadest part of the chest, which is right behind the front legs.

 Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Money Orders or checks. All prices are in U.S. currency. Taxes will be added to California residents only.

Returns/Exchanges

Should you wish to make a return, please fill out our CONTACT form (bottom of the page)and request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, along with the item information, how you wish to be credited (store credit or refund) and the reason for the return.  We will then notify you of the RMA number and how your return will be processed. Once you receive your RMA number, you must return the item in its original and unused condition and packaging within 14 days.  We do not accept returns on sale or Close Out items. Sale and Close-out items are not eligible for return, all sales final. The RMA number must be on the outside shipping label for correct credit. 

Store Credit or Refund?  For store credit, you will be emailed a credit code for the full amount of the items returned.  If you request to receive a refund, your credit card will be credited for returned items minus shipping and you will be assessed a fifteen percent restocking fee.

Exchanges: All exchange requests will processed as follows: email us for the request, once granted, we will ship out the new item upon return of the original.
