You put the paws in, velcro the back and then clip. The leash goes through a couple rings above the clip. Works great, looks great, easy to put on AND no choking, no nasty buckles anywhere, best design ever!
Fitting Recommendations: Since their is no neck, the chest size becomes more important. The weight class is only to be used as a general guideline. The chest measurement is far more important. (It is highly recommended that if you are on the borderline of the weight class, to always stay with the lower size) Example: If your dog is on the weight border of 10 or 11 pounds, stay with the size SMALL,
